Return Conditions

• Returns must be requested within 7 calendar days of receiving the product.
• The item must be in perfect condition, unused, and in its original packaging.

2. Provide photos of the product, if necessary;
3. Once approved, you will receive instructions for shipping the item back.

Exchanges

For defective products, exchanges are free of charge. Non-defective products may be exchanged, but the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
